Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We do not offer refunds on the merch items purchased. However, exchanges are available (based on our exchange policy).
Q: Can I exchange an item I purchased?
A: Yes, you may make a one-time exchange within 7 days of purchase, or before 5 December 2025, as long as the item is unwashed and in its original condition.
Please approach our merch team to enquire about exchanges.
Q: Can I reserve an item before purchasing?
A: Sorry, we don’t allow reservations. All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. An item is sold when you have ordered and made payment of the item in full.
Q: How do I order an item from the merch collection?
A: All orders will be through this website, or in-person when the pop-up store is open.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We prefer cashless payments for your convenience. However, cash is still accepted if needed, but payment by cash is only available when the pop-up store is open.
Q: What currency are your prices listed in?
A: All prices on our website are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Q: Can I pay in another currency (e.g., USD, MYR, AUD, etc.)?
A: No. All transactions are completed in SGD only. We do not accept any other currency for payments.
Q: Are there any extra charges for credit card payments?
A: No, there are no additional fees required.
Q: Are there any extra fees for currency conversion?
A: Your bank or payment provider may charge a foreign transaction or currency conversion fee. Please check with your financial institution for details, as these charges are not imposed by our store.
Q: Do refunds also get processed in SGD?
A: Yes, all refunds are issued strictly in Singapore Dollars (SGD). If you paid using a foreign card, your bank will handle the conversion back to your local currency based on their current exchange rate.
Q: Will prices change if the exchange rate changes?
A: No. Our prices remain fixed in SGD. However, the amount you are charged in your local currency may vary depending on your bank’s exchange rate at the time of payment.

• Keep away from heat to prevent fading or loss of shape.
T-Shirt Care Instructions
Washing
• Wash separately, especially for the first few washes.
• Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 86°F).
• Use mild, color-safe detergent - do not bleach.
• Turn inside out to protect the print.
Drying
• Do not tumble dry.
• Hang to dry naturally.
Ironing
• Iron on low heat.
• Do not iron directly on prints or designs - iron inside out.
Dry Cleaning
• Do not dry clean.
